About Project Ihya
Our Purpose
Muslims in the modern era are increasingly overwhelmed by the weight of social, political, and intellectual pressures; directly or indirectly. This is especially true for young Muslims trying to hold firmly and authentically to their faith in these unprecedented circumstances. With this state of affairs in mind, a group of ulama (scholars) and professionals decided to embark on a mission of reviving and empowering the Muslim community with the aim of countering these modern ideological and spiritual pressures.
To this end, we at Project Ihya have set out to organize courses on important topics such as Islamic history, Islamic economic theory, Islamic legal theory, the preservation of scripture, Islamic political science, critical analysis of non-Islamic worldviews and philosophies, etc. It is our duty to connect our current and upcoming generations with experts that can help them navigate the modern paradigms they find themselves entrenched in.
Furthermore, it is the aim of Project Ihya to bolster this academic enrichment with spiritual upliftment by providing spiritual reminders, talks, and seminars. Moreover, Project Ihya actively endeavors to buttress both the intellectual and spiritual efforts by hosting conferences on pertinent topics as well as forums to help our community find answers to the ideological challenges at the intersection of Islam and modernity. With the guidance of ulama (scholars) and the spirit of service, we hope to become a source of reviving Muslim confidence and creating an unshakable Muslim identity.

Our Vision
A generation of confident Muslims who are intellectually and spiritually equipped, clear about their objectives, and prepared to stand unapologetically for their beliefs.

Our Mission
To revive Muslim confidence and create an unshakeable Muslim identity by connecting Muslims with their rich Islamic intellectual and spiritual heritage.
